Bloom

Terms of Use

last updated · May 13, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Bloom (the “App”), which is operated by One Quark Media LLC, a California limited liability company based in San Francisco (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What Bloom is — and what it isn't

Bloom is a personal tracking tool that helps you log daily habits, lab markers, and cycle data organized around four physiological pillars of fertility optimization.

Bloom is not:

  • A medical device
  • A diagnostic tool
  • A substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider
  • A guarantee that following its habits or hitting its lab targets will improve fertility or any other outcome

The seed habits, lab reference ranges, and clinic-prep content in Bloom reflect general optimization principles that are actively being researched and refined. They are starting points, not prescriptions, and they are not personalized to you.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, or fertility protocol.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the App beyond what is permitted by applicable law
  • Misrepresent Bloom’s habits, ranges, or content as medical advice when communicating with others
  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute the App without permission

3. Seed content and lab ranges

Bloom ships with pre-seeded habits, lab markers and reference ranges, doctor questions, and library notes. This content:

  • Is editorial and research-in-progress — general optimization principles, not individualized guidance
  • Includes reference ranges that are general; the range your own lab reports, and your clinician’s interpretation, take precedence
  • May be updated as the underlying research evolves

Always interpret your lab results with a qualified clinician who knows your history.

4. Health data and HealthKit

Bloom can read and write a limited set of HealthKit values only with your explicit permission, which you can revoke at any time in the iOS Health settings. We never receive your health data — it is processed on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Affiliate links

The Swaps & Exposures section may include affiliate links and discount codes for specific products. If you buy through one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you; an affiliate disclosure is shown in the App. These links are not paid endorsements that a product is safe or effective for you, and brands may reformulate their products at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The Bloom App, name, logo, and curated content (seed habits, lab marker set, doctor questions, library notes) are the intellectual property of One Quark Media LLC.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App — your habit history, lab results, cycle data, notes, and answers.

7. Third-party services

Bloom relies on third-party services to function:

  • Apple — App distribution, and the HealthKit and notification frameworks
  • Brand websites — opened in-app when you tap a link in Swaps & Exposures

We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not warrant that the App’s content, habits, or reference ranges are accurate, complete, or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Quark Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid for the App in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

10. Health and fertility disclaimer

Bloom is for personal tracking and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and must not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Fertility optimization is an evolving field and conclusions may change. Decisions about supplements, medications, fertility protocols, pregnancy, and your health should be made in consultation with your physician, OB-GYN, fertility specialist, or other licensed medical professional.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date and surface the change in the App when you next open it. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
