Bloom is a daily habit tracker for fertility optimization, organized around four physiological pillars — hormonal signaling, nervous-system regulation, metabolic health, and internal environment. It also tracks lab markers, cycle data, and clinic-prep notes.

No. Bloom has no account system and no cloud. Everything you track lives on your device only. See the Privacy Policy for specifics.

With your permission, Bloom reads basal body temperature, sleep, and heart-rate variability, and can write basal body temperature back to the Health app. HealthKit data is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to me. Bloom works fine without HealthKit access — you can enter values manually.

Open Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Bloom and toggle the categories you want to share.

Bloom schedules a daily check-in reminder at a time you choose, plus retest reminders for lab markers that have a recommended retest interval. These are local notifications scheduled on your device — there is no push server. Manage them in Settings → Bloom → Notifications or inside the App.

No. The pre-seeded habits, lab reference ranges, and clinic-prep content are general, research-in-progress starting points — not prescriptions, and not personalized to you. Always interpret your labs and change any protocol with a qualified clinician. See the Terms of Use for the full disclaimer.

Not yet. Bloom data currently lives on your device only; iCloud sync is on the roadmap but not in this version. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes your data, so treat the device as the only copy for now.

This version is free, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If that ever changes, I’ll update the Terms first.
